  • Content means any text, images, links, forms, media, or other materials uploaded or published through the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

To use Linkify, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or older, if required in your country).
  • Provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Linkify for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.
  • Post or distribute content that infringes on others’ rights, violates intellectual property, or spreads hate, violence, or misinformation.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

  • Creators retain ownership of all content they publish on Linkify.
  • By posting content, you grant Linkify a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content as part of the Platform.
  • You represent that you have the right to post your content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services.

5. Additional Terms for Creators

Creators are responsible for:

  • The accuracy, legality, and quality of their content.
  • Complying with applicable laws (for example, advertising, privacy, intellectual property, and consumer protection laws).
  • Not misusing visitor data obtained through forms, messages, or newsletters.

Creators must not:

  • Sell or promote illegal products or services.
  • Collect personal data without consent.
  • Impersonate another person or brand.

If you use Linkify to sell products, services, or subscriptions, you agree that all payments and refunds are handled through our payment processor (for example, Stripe) and subject to their terms.

6. Visitors and Third Parties

When visiting a creator’s page:

  • You’re still using the Linkify Platform and are bound by these Terms.
  • Any information you provide (for example, through forms or subscriptions) is shared both with Linkify and the respective creator.

Linkify is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of creator-published content.

7. Privacy and Data

Creators agree to handle visitor data responsibly and comply with applicable privacy laws (for example, GDPR and CCPA).

8. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Refunds are handled at our discretion or through the payment processor.

9. Intellectual Property of Linkify
